I recently changed running shoes. I run between 2 and 5 miles a day. I went from Asics Gels to Nike Pegusus.
Now after three days in those shoes, my legs are sore. Almost like shin splints. Is this normal to have your muscles adjust like this?

That type of pain has more to do with the mechanics of your running as affected by the form of your shoe more than the cushioning. Try to be aware if how your feet are moving through your stride especially landing, if you were aware of them before the new shoes, you may find a small change which is affecting your landing- resulting in a different sequence of physiological reactions to occur to support that stride. It could be enough of a change to give you splints and/or muscle soreness/growth/development.

There were no sex classes. No friendship classes. No classes on how to navigate a bureaucracy, build an organization, raise money, create a database, buy a house, love a child, spot a scam, talk someone out of suicide, or figure out what was important to me. Not knowing how to do these things is what messes people up in life, not whether they know algebra or can analyze literature.

Tyler has since gone quiet, leading some to fear for her safety.
